Nancy takes coaching as her mission, enjoying releasing customers’ potentials, focusing on customers’ strengths, supporting individual and organization fulfill set visions and targets.In 1997, Nancy was first coached by Nokia China president, she effectively transformed from a top sales to a general manager within 2 years, leading the team to create the project as China No. 1 in sales and Global top 3 in profit. This experience made her believe in and love coaching.In 2005, Nancy obtained the diploma of professional coach-mentoring practice from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, she then started to practice leading through coaching with her team. In 2007, she further studied and practiced Cross Cultural Communication and Leadership model created by Richard Lewis, which strongly supported her success in Nokia Siemens global strategy team in Finland.Since 2004, Nancy has coached executives in mobile industry and a national top 10 women lawyer. Nancy was invited to speak about her strategic channel transformation case on the annual conference of Peter Drucker Academy in BJ. Her customers include: Du Pont , Bank of China, Beijing Rural Commercial Bank, China Mobile Henan Branch, Tsinghua University Finance EMBA class 2013, TCL, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business 2013 DBA program (China No.1 DBA program), etc.Nancy was a member of ICPA (Institute of Coaching Professional Association) in 2012, established by Harvard Medical School, focusing on integrating best-in-class research, teaching and corporate leadership coaching practices.
