Position: QA leader of China Unicom, team scale (10+)My Responsibilities:1.Familiar with software development trend, develop testing plan (V&V Plan) according market requirements and FRD.2.Leads team to develop test plan and test strategy & maintain test cases and test code.3.Management testing team, Coordinate the development and test resources.4.Assist Project management: cost, time, schedule, risk, human resource.5.Track the defect for the product and review this issue with PM and Dev.6.Give product training and technical support for the customer and QA engineers.7.People in the team have opportunity to attend internal/external training, and are rewarded according to the performance.Achievements:1.Release the China Unicom with high quality on time.2.Improve communication of development team and QA team, via pre-verification testing, deeper investigating to improve product quality and earn more degree of customer satisfaction.3.Encourage employee join the whole process of project, know further knowledge of product, improve the team member’s technical level and earn good feedback.4.Some of successful demonstrate for China Unicom and other Potential customer.

• Support QA lead to draft V&V Plan.• Review the Requirement and DSD, give the improve/enhance advice.• Leads team to develop test plan and test strategy.• Leads team to develop and maintain test cases and test code.• Give product training and technical support for the customer based on MVP, Fusion and CMCC product.

1)Must be familiar with detailed OMA-DM Protocol Knowledge.2)Must be familiar with embedded handset development processes and timescales.3)Ability to work with OEM PS teams to coordinate and testing both remotely and onsite.4)Integrate all customer’s device with MVP Service.
