I am an art therapist and educator with a special interest in promoting holistic and creativity-driven wellness through an interdisciplinary approach. I am also passionate about using narrative medicine and arts-based approach to build resilience in communities. My research focuses on digital tools (including generative AI) for therapeutic art making, narrative medicine, the Expressive Therapies Continuum (ETC), everyday creativity. In my private practice, I help organizations develop arts-based interventions to promote wellness and resilience, fostering supportive working environments for growth and healing.As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, I am particularly interested in understanding the cultural impact on Korean American wellness and generational trauma, aiming to create inclusive, culturally-responsive therapeutic approaches.
