My heart and soul are in the food world, with roots that run deep from a family restaurant to a corporate hospitality company and ultimately my own companies. I established CKC Good Food in 1990 to create delicious and nutritious food to inspire joyful eaters, primarily preK-8 students at the time. Through the years, my team and I have become foremost authorities on federal nutrition programs, food service operations, and recipe and menu development for contract food service programs, and all things food and food service. People ages 3 to 93 enjoy meals prepared by CKC Good Food today.In 2014, I launched Menu Freedom, a web-based menu and nutritional planning platform, to extend CKC Good Food’s intellectual property nationally.
