Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Nancy and I have my Bachelor's in Lifetime Health and Fitness Education w/ a concentration wellness. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for 5 years with that I have gained great experience in various skills, knowledge and work. Such skills and experiences would include, daily responsibilities include closing membership contracts, promotional vouchers and network at community events to increase brand awareness. Responsible for all membership and retail sales operations. Provided daily operational direction and planned business strategies to staff.Provide input for both short and long term brand Awareness and planning. Ensuring a high level of customer service and implementing company policies. In charge of scheduling, answering phone calls, collecting outstanding balances and daily operation supervision. Serving as the customer service specialist at the front desk where I greet clients and help them with purchase orders, membership concerns or anything else they may need.Providing help to the trainers organize and implement daily training protocols to keep our customer service standards exceptionally high.Provide Social Media content daily on workouts, nutrition etc. via Facebook and Instagram to create awareness and community interactions.
