Determining and implementing new product solutions and enhancements for DIRECTV satellite services, OTT/streaming solutions and mobile applications to support Commercial verticals including Bars/Restaurants, National Accounts, Aircraft and Government - Product lead on feature definition and interface to engineering on end to end solution requirements for new Commercial services utilizing scaled Agile framework. - Utilizing Agile methodology, delivered new software on DBS receiver to support a Commercial user experience. From concept to production software release, the project was completed in 6 months. Worked with developers/scrum teams and reviewed/approved each sprint--making adjustments as needed without impacting timelines - Launched Live 4K service on DBS for Commercial accounts and continue to address installation scalability- Manage and enhance tablet apps, iOS and Android, allowing businesses to control multiple TVs from one tablet- Oversee vendor on development of iOS and Android builds for DIRECTV Sports Bar Finder App which connects sports minded patrons to bars/restaurants subscribing to DIRECTV sports programming - Interface with partners/manufacturers on DBS HD solutions for in-motion services such as commercial air, private aircraft, long-haul trucking and marine deployments

DIRECTV was acquired by AT&T. My role and initiatives are represented under my position with AT&T.

Focus on product launch of IPTV video solution in new markets.

Identify new product initiatives creating value add benefits to core products. Develop service delivery framework for new products including IP video and data. Scope starts with the customer ordering new products through service and billing of the products. Work with cross functional teams to create requirements for the customer experience.

Directed product selection for company’s national retail initiative to sell consumer telecom products in Sears stores nationwide through a licensed business agreement. Responsibilities included product strategy, pricing, offer creation, vendor selection, vendor management and resolution management with Sears’ buyers on all product issues.

Reported to Vice President of Video Product Management responsible for corporate wide video product initiatives. Responsibilities included creating strategy and business case for new products and conducting product trials for VOD (video on demand), DVRs (digital video recorders) and interactive TV.

Responsibilities in the Wireless business unit included leading cross-functional teams in identifying solutions for product implementation. Teams encompassed several disciplines including operations, call center, engineering, network support, provisioning, billing and marketing. Development of strategy and business cases including regulatory and financial impacts. Oversaw trials of new products and services, launches and managed their lifecycle.
