Provide broad human resources support to teammates and ex-teammates Respond to general human resources inquiries including benefits, payroll, recruiting, company policy, and technical assistance with company systems Specialize in the in-take and escalation of Code of Conduct/Grievance cases Partner with HR Managers in the notification of cases and follow up with HRM for resolution and documentationEscalated complex questions to departmental subject matter experts and/or Manager for resolution Provide accurate information and timely resolution to teammates, ex-teammates and managers who contact the call center Utilizes telecommunication system to receive and route calls Categorize and log incoming calls and response time via a software tracking program Identify standard operating procedures/process improvement and work with subject matter experts for resolution Leverage prior human resources generalist and/or employee relations experience to assist in the resolution of employee relations issues (i.e teammate grievances, code of conduct, etc) Serve on various departmental assignments or projects Support other groups within the Human Resources Administration Department
