work 1.work closely with NYO ,Understand well the task we work now,And arrange to our appointed suppliers located in China and oversea. 2.Communicate with Suppliers by  email /confernce call  /face to face talk .let them know what is our requirement ,After getting the suppliers feedback ,I need analyse and find the suitable supplier which can meet our targets well. 3.Training the new supplier ,Guild and Coach them finish the work under the tight delivery  4.In charge of development issue ,such as sample arranging /technical support /The communicate with all parties such as Designer ,fitting team and factory .....Also I need finish the costing after collect information  5.Get the Company target price ,negotiate with suppliers, finish the final quotation 6.After issue the purchase order to supplier ,must work closly with fabric supplier located in Italy ，Korea and Japan .Trim supplier in Indian ,Garment supplier in Vietnam .Korea and China to make sure they can finish their work on time and transfer to next stage smoothly  7.Hold the Fit meeting with NY fitting Team in SHO ,related parties are : supplier /technician /NYO fitting Team /NYO Designer  8.Keep the good contact with other department in office ,such as Finance Team /Shipping Department /Colorist /Technician /Sample Rooms /Warehouse .... and get the support to finish my work  9.We meet the challenge and difficulties every minutes ,and the deadline is now ,under this situation , calm down and catch the most important and the tight one to work it out ,low the risk.               10. Familiar with PDM and SAP 11. Familiar with 4-point inspection system 12. Is capable for simple paper pattern and sewing work
