• Oversee management and distribution for over 100 donor restricted funds specifically focusing on Nursing and Women’s & Children’s funds managed within the Greater Charlotte Market for Presbyterian Medical Center.• Serve as primary liaison for third party relationships (Bee Mighty, Zach Ramsey Children’s Cancer Fund, Matthew Clark Fund, Claire’s Army, Mitchell Bays Turner Pediatric Fund, Reagan’s Garden and Pierce’s Project) raising approximately $275k annually. • Leverage community relationships to identify prospective donors, as well as maintain extensive contact and interaction with current and prospective donors. • Serve as backup to database management team.• Work closely with social workers to ensure sponsored families adhere to eligibility qualifications for various fund donations; Responsible for maintaining strict accountability standards to donors and confirming compliance with code of ethical principles of professional conduct for fund development.• Manage vendor relationships and budgets for Foundation events.• Oversee logistics and planning for Foundation major fundraisers (Hemby Golf Classic, Miracle Night, Oyster Roast and Crawfish Boil) raising approximately $350k annually. • Assist with additional team projects such as Novant Health Business Partners Summit and Golf Tournament, and Employee Campaign. • Serve as Foundation lead for various capital projects.• Manage and oversee volunteer committees and various boards.• Assist in creating marketing materials for the Foundation newsletter, appeals and annual fund.
