Communicated with WEX - Master card and NetServices/Vpay - American Express about the transactions and chargebacks to cards pertaining to valid overcharges. • Handled a large quantity of properties that overcharged single use credit cards.As a team we collected 1.2 million overcharge dollars using the Excel spreadsheet.
