Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is a not-for-profit Health System with a comprehensive network of care, including more than 300 primary-care and specialty physicians; outpatient and Urgent Care services, and four hospitals with a total of 786 licensed beds: Lancaster General Hospital, Women and Babies Hospital, Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital, and Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital. Hired to stabilize and contribute to physician recruitment results and strategies with major affiliate of University of Pennsylvania. Partner with all Medical Department Chairs, Senior Leadership, Legal, and Operations teams across the enterprise to identify, strategize, and forecast hiring initiatives. Executed full life cycle recruitment plans through candidate development, negotiation of offers and relocation packages to secure high-level personnel. Designed and implemented search strategies utilizing multiple tools, online videos, LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, databases, job boards, social media, and national conferences. Proven and documented record of successfully managing complex offer negotiations.• Create executive presence by providing results as SME, exhibiting energy, excitement, enthusiasm, outside the box thinking regarding academic recruitment.
