I believe that no one should die in pain or alone. I feel that I have the skills with the help of other professionals to help prevent this.I have worked with home care and hospice for 6 years and know with the right resources in place home is where most people are more comfortable. I am able to provide medication monitoring, pain control, and wound care in the home. I believe in educating patient and family to keep patient safely in their home. I provide emotional support to patient and family. This gives them confidence to do cares needed.
