Vice President - Product Enablement

Austin, Tx, Us

Our organization of highly-engaged cyber-security, adult learning and digital specialists define, develop and deliver technical product training, certifications, and other enablement content for the next generation of administrators, analysts and cyber-specialists -- our customers, partners and employees. We support ten distinct cyber-security product lines and cross-product solutions with OEM integrations. In alignment to the SaaS platform strategy, we transformed our capabilities and offerings from instructor-led offerings to modern digital enablement that is delivered with each product delivery train. The offerings include performance-adjacent micro-learning, all-digital customer onboarding learning paths, serious games, and 'hack stacks' that our learners love. And, through new offerings and improved capabilities, we have grown education sales 140% in three years and increased enablement NPS scores 11 points. This type of transformation requires operational rigor, so we built financial models for offering and subscription pricing and headcount planning. We run the business of training so that the entire lifecycle from pipeline, sales, and backlog management to trainer and partner utilization, customer satisfaction and NPS can be known and managed in near-real time. And we transitioned operational and LMS administrative functions to low cost-centers while improving service quality and capabilities with standardized operating models. The best part of this role is the team that does this amazing work. We've built a performance-based team culture in a globally diverse, 100% remote organization. Through leadership coaching, performance management, skill development, communities of practice, and career paths, the team has an employee engagement rating 16% higher than the company overall, and a 3-year retention rate of 97%.
