1.Make to B Digital APP Products Release Plan and Test Strategy in Company Portal.2. Define release quality metrics, improve release process and Sign Off.3. Improve Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.4. Define test exit Criteria for different test phase, SST (System Software Testing) and PRAM (Practice Risk Analysis Management) system, requirement, and stakeholder-based test method. 5. Allocate vender resources from different locations.6. Product quality control and monitor indignity risk SPD (Severity, Possibility and Detectivity), Initiate TDD (test driven development).7. Demonstrated ability to implement and improve Software QMS processes using tools and Agile/SCRUM/iterative methodology, Practitioner in agile activities stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.

Work as QA test engineer. Project one: <​Retail POS terminal-Openbravo>: This project is to replace POS system for All Decathlon Asia Retail Store. Test scope includes front end performance, backend office configuration, and different work flows. Validate xml for different kinds of transactions for a big retail daily work. To make sure system can meet Retail business needs and date connection with internal system accurately.Project two: <​Decathlon E-commance>: CN Official website, Customer account management process and different kind of payments, how customer get products and refund orders. Test system performance connecting with different system.

Operate Apple to B Mac APP for Apple Care Advisors of the customer services department. Raise tickets for bugs and prioritize user feedback improvements, Product Defects analysis, and organize E2E UAT etc.
