Project managed a multi-merchant gift card offering for US and Canadian loyalty reward participants; partnering with American Express Incentive Services (including marketing materials, redemption tools and reference/support manual). Researched, sourced and selected gift card and merchandise products for on-line Awards catalog.Coordinated contractual agreements with vendor representatives.Conceptualized, sourced, priced and created proposals for promotional and merchandise items and recognition award for custom programs and special requests.Analyzed product offerings including popularity, profitability, quality and program effectiveness. Identified ways to add value and create an exceptional experience for our program participants while lowering operating costs.

Managed the Gold Points Rewards Loyalty programs with Carlson Hospitality Service Centers in Omaha and Minneapolis for all Carlson Hotels (Radisson, Park Plaza, Country Inns & Suites and Park Inn Hotels). Provided Customer Service Centers with marketing and promotional materials, training, and support. Managed escalated and fraudulent issues and established fraud and escalation protocol processes for all hotel brands. Project managed Email Marketing campaigns for the Gold Points Rewards Loyalty programs.

Directed and managed two multi-brand Customer Service Centers (Minneapolis, MN and Omaha, NE) and also coordinated customer service delivery in two international Customer Service Centers (Dublin, Ireland and Sydney, Australia).Designed and project managed the development of a Guest Communication Management System to track and manage customer issues, feedback and inquiries; receiving a "Best in Practice" award from American Express and the American Hotel Foundation through Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
