About Nancy Eade

My Career PathI graduated high school and joined the United States Air Force. I served 4 years in the Accounting and Finance office and was stationed at Langley and Luke AFB. What an adventure!Over the course of many years, I've experienced various work positions: Banking, District Manager at the Green Bay Press Gazette, Customer Service, Sales, Buyer/Expeditor and ultimately moving into a Receptionist role that seemed to combine all of the past skills!I find working with a mindset of serving/helping people along with a structured and discipline work ethic for the paperwork side of business - suites me well.My love of animals and again, helping people also opened the door for me to dog/house sit for several friends/clients. Our fur babies are precious and having someone stay with them and care for your home as well - gives me a great heartfelt satisfaction. In everything I do - I try to be Kind, Open and Inspired! It can be a challenge - but that's part of the growth - not just in work - in life.

    I have been with my Company for over 15 years. It really is a great fit for me and I know not many people can truly say that about their career.I've seen the same Fed Ex and UPS carrier for so many years.. I thought about buying them Xmas gifts!My role as Receptionist suits my personality. I enjoy being the first voice/face to represent my company. Ordering office supplies, scheduling Lunch and Learns, phone and other duties keep my day busy.As the Office Services Assistant, I enter Deal Registrations for multiple partners. This challenge is exciting. I continue to process the IBM Leads that flow thru our CRM system as well as assist Marketing with misc projects. I maintain the New Customer report and work with the Account Executives to ensure this monthly program executes smoothly. A few years ago, Logicalis honored me with The Paula Kempton Award and I was deeply moved by this. It is an award voted on by my peers here at Logicalis.Though I had never met Paula, when she passed away, her husband worked with Logicalis to remember her with this award. It was humbling to receive that.I look forward to learning new things ( Sales Force! haha) and expanding my role and value to my company. It's really an exchange - and I'm grateful for what I bring to Logicalis and what Logicalis brings to my life.
