Nancy is a Fifth Generation Texan. She serves as iKey's General Counsel, and in other roles. iKey is the world's oldest and largest manufacturer of rugged industrial keyboards and accessories. Celebrating its 30th year, iKey created the rugged keyboard industry.Nancy served the Executive Committee of the Texas Association of Business, Governor Perry's Business Council, the Executive Committee of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, served on the Host Committee for the Circuit of the Americas Formula I, and served on the First Delegation of Women Lawyers to visit the People's Republic of China. She was selected as a Central Texas Woman of Influence by the Austin Business Journal.Nancy is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law. She is licensed to practice in Texas, California and before the United States Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Nancy is a member of the American Bar Association and of the American Bar Association's International Law Committee. She is also a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a Lifetime Member of the NRA, and a member of the Federalist Society.
