Aidp Coordinator
AIDP Coordinator Responsible for providing ongoing outreach and services to all the students and their families in the cohort Recruit students and outreach families as a means to build the program and relationships with families Case manage, record professional assessments, identify issues, treatment plans and progress notes as required by The Children’s Aid Society, and United Way (contract agency) Provide individual and group counseling to students and their families Work collaboratively with the school-based social work team, parent coordinator, and staff to ensure that students and their families are actively engaged in the overall efforts of the program to improve the participants’ attendance as well as ameliorate some of their concerns Assess students’ and families’ critical needs and/or concerns for referrals to other CAS programs, other community service providers, and/or government agencies Co-manage and co-facilitate workshops, trainings, and other community outreach events such as; annual holiday events, computer training workshops, college application and financial aid workshops among others
