Responsible for providing ongoing comprehensive services to unaccompanied alien youth that are under the custody of the federal government including; Provides individual and group therapy. Conducts comprehensive assessments using standardized measures as per standards set forth by Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Provides crisis management and ongoing therapeutic support. Maintains regular communication with and coordination of services with other members of the multidisciplinary team. Participates in treatment team meetings and other meetings pertaining to the clinical needs of the youth on their caseload. Completes paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring that the clinical records meet the requirements of standards set by ORR. Prepares for audits accordingly. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and protected information according to HIPAA standards.

Responsible for the day to day programming of homeless prevention program including but not limited to Supervising, hiring, training, and progressive disciplining of staff Payroll and time management of staff performance Develop relationships with political officials, city and state agencies as well as community based organizations or groups Statistical reports Outreach to increase service delivery to the community Problem solve/trouble shoot situations with clients as well as other professionals Organizing special events

Responsible for the management and coordination of drop-out prevention program including individual and group counseling, academic and career counseling, and college readiness. Also collaboration with school administration and staff in the development of systems and programs to create a cohesive community and safe learning environment.

AIDP Coordinator Responsible for providing ongoing outreach and services to all the students and their families in the cohort Recruit students and outreach families as a means to build the program and relationships with families Case manage, record professional assessments, identify issues, treatment plans and progress notes as required by The Children’s Aid Society, and United Way (contract agency) Provide individual and group counseling to students and their families  Work collaboratively with the school-based social work team, parent coordinator, and staff to ensure that students and their families are actively engaged in the overall efforts of the program to improve the participants’ attendance as well as ameliorate some of their concerns Assess students’ and families’ critical needs and/or concerns for referrals to other CAS programs, other community service providers, and/or government agencies Co-manage and co-facilitate workshops, trainings, and other community outreach events such as; annual holiday events, computer training workshops, college application and financial aid workshops among others
