The project was a phased implementation of ordering, inventory management, invoice processing and reporting for the company’s mobile devices in over 30 countries worldwide.• Project Manager of the complete implementation of a mobile telecom expense management system for a multinational oil and gas company, in partnership with a US-based telecommunications corporation. The project included inventory, invoice processing and a rebilling process, which required extensive design and validation.• Designed, validated and implemented a set of complex, highly customized rebilling programs, processes and reports for a major US telecommunications company. The client utilized the programs to create specialized invoices of mobility charges for their multinational customers.• Coordinated with sales to implement a structured proof of concept for an important potential client’s global needs of managing their mobility spend.• Managed the conversion of a client’s financial system that was integrated with their telecom management system, as they progressed through a merger.• Directed the validation of a software package acquired by the company to ensure it was a minimally viable product.

• Project Manager of the complete implementation of a payroll, HR and benefits system for a 2,300-employee automotive components manufacturer. Project was successfully completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities included staff management; resource allocation; project billing; workplan development; status reporting; budget management; and issue resolution. Extensive interaction with all levels of employees, from CFO to non-salaried union employees.• Participated in the post-implementation phase of a HR/payroll system for one of the five largest U.S. Telecommunications companies. Responsibilities included the identification of system problems and inaccurate data, determining and managing the appropriate resolution, documenting issues, recommendations and procedures, and ensuring the successful processing of paychecks for 60,000 employees.• Participated in the design, construction and implementation of a capital management system for a Fortune 10 consumer products company. Responsible for managing the conversion of existing capital projects, accounts payable and purchasing systems for 35 plants, on a plant by plant basis, to the new capital system. Developed the design and aided in the construction of the custom capital budgeting subsystem.
