Responsible for updating provider information for integrated providers and act as a subject matter expert for Provider Network Integration in the CIGNA West systemsAnalyze and review fallout source documents for loading into Provider Data Management systems within assigned timeframes and according to established protocols. Conduct outreaches to matrix partners to ensure the provider integrity of all provider loading systems is accurate. Compare source documents within the ETQS system to CPF and Group Loading Guidelines in order to determine the demographic update needed within the CIGNA West system.Determine the root causes for the fall out and update the provider record in the CIGNA West systems.Indentifying opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows as well as volume reduction opportunities

Maintain the Provider Maintenance System by adding, updating, terminating or correcting information received from various internal sources containing information on providers, facilities or hospitals within the network. Perform data entry function to add, update, correct or terminate providers, facilities or hospitals within the network via manual input or cutting and pasting from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Communicate with various departments through the Provider Maintenance System to gain clarification, problem solve and research issues. Complete special projects and tasks as requested and any other duties as assigned by management. Identify and report to supervisor any data entry problems.
