I love working one-on-one with small and mid-sized businesses through my consulting practice called Sales Link. It's very fun to help owners and managers focus their energy for better marketing and sales results by developing the: Who, Where, What, When, and How together. My goal is to coach and facilitate the process so the owner(s) or team learn how to implement and measure their results. Once they are on the right path, we typically meet a couple times a year,providing time for them to learn, plan, implement and measure...then we move on to the next challenge. It's all about results, isn't it?

San Diego City College

San Diego City College is in downtown San Diego and serves a highly diverse population. A variety of business and entrepreneurship courses are offered on-campus, online and as blended courses. My first loves are teaching marketing and entrepreneurship topics. City honored me in 2017 with an Unsung Hero's Award for my service to the campus. I retired from teaching at this great college in 2021.

Chula Vista, Ca

I began my career with Southwestern working as a small business counselor with the Small Business Development (SBDC) team and managed grants for the School of Continuing Education, Economic, and Workforce Development. During my time in Continuing Education, I coordinated multiple grants, and was the primary instructor for funded non-credit projects in entrepreneurship, customer service, and professional development. I sold and delivered interactive business-to-business training programs for the college and eventually joined the for-credit faculty in the School of Business teaching a variety of business topics. Southwestern College honored me with the 2013 Part-Time Faculty - Teaching Excellence Award. I retired from teaching at this great college in 2021.
