Followed construction and investigated and completed damage claims settlement; worked with agricultural support agencies to deal with farm related claims. Followed construction crews-preliminary survey crews, including base line, archaeological and environmental crews to coordinate their activities with landowner's negotiated agreements

Title research and purchase of easements for fiber optic buried cable, responsible for liaison with engineering for design of routes in Ohio for United Telephone Co. two projects (completed).

CHAMPLAIN PIPELINE CO. Preliminary permitting and coordinating work of environmental crews in field. Served as crew chief for archaeological studies. This project was never completed.

Various Independent Contractor, Oil and Gas Landman, Various locations; Pipeline Expansion Project, California, Right of Way, Title research and purchase of easements for fiber optic buried cable, responsible for liaison with engineering for design of routes

(I) Right of Way Agent for transatlantic fiber optic cable across New York and New Jersey (project completed.) Acquired private easements and permitting with various environmental and governmental agencies. Developed legible field notes for drafting personnel to utilize to prepare permit and easement drawings and (II) Aerial fiber optic telecommunications line connecting two General Electric plants in upstate New York.

Right of Way Agent: Acquisition of land rights for forty-seven miles of 345 kV electric transmission line in upstate New York. Investigated and settled damage claims; continued on to provide title support and clear title on property appropriated by New York State Dept. of Law; worked with permitting agencies in White Plains, New York for buried cable through city streets. (projects complete)

Claims settlement and permitting for various clients, including: fiber optic telecommunications lines and pipeline rehabilitation. INDEPENDENT RIGHT OF WAY Negotiator for numerous projects: Among others, Project Land Services, Inc. for Seagull Products Pipeline Co. Right of way acquisition and title research.
