End to end responsibility of handling the offshore requirements for the Asia pacific and the MEA region:•Managing day to day interactions with the internal customers & follow up for their requirements.•Managing Vendor interactions & vendor submissions •Strategy planning for ramp-ups.•HR interviewing to assess the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications.•Extensive interaction/consultation with functional heads to understand key requirements.•Coordinating with functional manager for technical and final interview.•Joining date and salary negotiations with the candidates keeping in mind the P&L of the business.•Offer release and joining follow-ups.•Planning and coordinating the recruitment weekend Walk-in Drives.•Maintaining the recruitment database.•Preparing reports on monthly basis for the review of senior management on the number of CVs sourced, short-listed, interviewed, selected, offered, joined, etc against the set targets.•Conducting an initial Background check to assess the credibility of the candidates.•Follow ups with business teams to provide timely feedback to vendors and consultants. •Helping vendors to follow up with finance for Invoices and payments.•Conducting training sessions for the team members to understand the recruitment processes and facilitating change management during the integration process.
