Monitor and measure the effectiveness of those communications plan. Coordinate events. Exercise sound judgment and decision-making under strict time constraints and competing priorities. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and advise staff, providing sound and strategic communications advice and expertise including counsel on sensitive issues and crisis situations; provide speaking notes, briefing documents, media interview preparation, communications advice and background materials as required. Manage assigned projects within an established budget. Analyze and advise senior staff on emerging communication trends.
