My extensive experience as a litigator, and training in alternative dispute resolution processes, are the reasons I am selected by disputing parties and their counsel to serve as a mediator or arbitrator. I mediate disputes pre-suit, or at the appropriate time in the life of a litigated case. As a mediator my goal is to analyze and help streamline complex issues to assist parties with achieving appropriate and cost-effective solutions to their dispute. I am sensitive to the people challenges and emotional components that infuse many disputes, and I engage in active listening and productive communication to work constructively with parties and their counsel to achieve successful outcomes. My subject area expertise includes construction, real estate, and general commercial matters.
