I am a hospitalist nurse midwife currently in labor and delivery, triage, and postpartum. I manage low and high-risk patients during delivery as well as managing postpartum contraception including IUD and Nexplanon placements. In triage, I evaluate and treat patients including preterm and complicated high risk patients. I manage a wide range of medical issues including Covid management and monoclonal antibody treatments. I work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine MDs and Generalist OB attendings. I am Faculty at Northwestern University and lecture and train OB resident physicians and Emergency medicine resident physicians. I am also teaching PA students and medical students during their OB rotation.
