Human Resources Generalist
Current- Manage life cycle of Talent Acquisition for hourly/non-exempt positions; resume management thru Workday, candidate contact/tracking, phone screens, on-sight interviews, candidate & salary review with hiring manager to offer extension- Manage On-Boarding of New Hires including pre-hire process, HRIS system management for new hires & New Hire Orientation- HR Lead Engineering Summer Internship program; sourcing resumes, phone screens, coordinating/scheduling group intern interviews, offers to on-boarding- Manage weekly payroll process; ensuring accurate entries for hourly & salaried employees, auditing of Workday entries to payroll system; working with off-site payroll administrator to quickly resolve any issues for timely & accurate payroll information to ADP and for employees; oversee LOA/STD tracking & working closely with 3rd party vendor, VOYA- Coordinate & Facilitate Employee Rewards & Recognition programs ; employee of the month, employee spot awards, employee anniversaries employee appreciation day- Coordinate on-site seminars & clinics, working closely with outside vendors to provide financial & health wellness opportunities on-site to employees - Facilitate & organize weekly/monthly/yearly employee programs including Community Service Day, Activities Committee, DEI, Lunch & Learn, small group employee/GM Meet & Greets - Provide guidance to managers; addressing employee performance challenges, performance management, employee discipline process, policy/proceduresCounsel employees on policies/procedures, performance & employee relations- Manage employee terminations; conducting exit interviews, processing terminations through payroll & HRIS (Workday)
