The primary responsibility is to take a holistic view of systems and procedure, in order to ensure that the operational capabilities required by our soldiers are designed into the entire system. The main tasks are to plan and advise on implementation of new policies, procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope and difficulty. The CCO is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluate the impact on the communication of the operation of a telecommunications establishment, department or facility. They also monitor the implementation of policies for integrating and synchronizing Signal support.
