Human Resources Consultant

Senior human resources and insurance responsibility for 31 clinics and one hospital in Southern and Central Illinois. Responsibilities include Corporate Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Staffing, Training, Employee Development and Organizational Development. Also responsible for all property, medical malpractice, worker's compensation and affiliated insurance required by the organization. Staff of five direct reports and eight indirect.

Total responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources for a global manufacturer of carbon fiber. The organization has plants in Hungary, Mexico and four in the United States

Total HR responsible for an eleven plant, six state manufacturing operation. Two of the plants were unionized. Full negotiation responsibility. Negotiated and established benefit plans. Developed and implemented compensation and impact goal system.

HR responsibilty for Employee Relations, Staffing, EEO and Affirmative Action, Training, Development, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, Attendance programs and employee litigation for all domestic locations.

Responsible for Human Resources for a unionized brewery in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities included ER, Labor Relations, WC, UC, Staffing, Security, Training, Development and beer sales.
