Negotiated joint purchasing agreements for member Blue plans.

Led the development of integrated delivery networks in four Central Pennsylvania markets. Led governance and business development activities for the networks.

Performed valuations of over 12 clinics ranging in size from 16 physicians to 280 physicians. Most significant valuation was a proposed $200 million transaction of an east coast based hospital and health plan. Resulting revenue from acquisitions exceeded $50 million.
