I am currently a fourth year student at Northeastern University studying Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, with a concentration in Law and Justice and a Minor in Chinese. My anticipated graduation date is December 2024.I have completed two co-ops during my time at Northeastern, the first of which was at the Massachusetts Archives and Commonwealth Museum as an Archival Processing intern. In this position, I gained technical experience and built confidence in my abilities to compile my independent research into something applicable for researchers. My second co-op was at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. I worked alongside my supervisors and museum educators to create and facilitate public art making programs, cultural celebrations, and homeschool classes. My experience here allowed me to determine what sort of environment I would like to work in for the future. I enjoyed the fast-paced nature of this position, and the flexibility it gave me to work independently but also as part of a cohesive team. It is my hope that I can find such an environment in similar positions, with a similar focus on community building and outreach. Outside of the workplace, I participate in many clubs at Northeastern, such as the Northeastern Shakespeare Society, where I have worked recently as the Props Coordinator, Fiction Addiction, and the Northeastern Feminist Student Organization.
