Geographical scope: 22 countries, 87 work locations within 40 legal entities, Key participant in all end-to-end process designs. • Designed the organization foundation object structure to enable global position management and workforce reporting across two very distinct business operations (Oursourcing/Offshoring BPO and Electronic & Infrastructure Product Support). Design considerations included alignment with financial systems to facilitate future integration with financial applications.• Directed the functional design, solution build, testing and delivery of 20+ system integrations with SuccessFactors using Dell Boomi as the middleware. Main integrations included IB/OB web-services with Active Directory across three domains, SAP On-Premise Payroll, and key internal applications intricate to the management of call center operations, as well as candidate assessments as part of the job application process.

Owned forecasting and budget control for area, vendor management and audit controls.
