In 2002, Nancy Harmon received her Alabama Real Estate Sales Person License, and became a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, and Baldwin County Association of Realtors. She received her Bachelor of Global Business Management in July 2017 and her Bachelor of Science/Associates degree in Business Management in May 2013. Nancy received the Outstanding Academic Performance Award from Troy University in April of 2017 and recognized by the Who’s Who in Professional Women from Cambridge in 2004. In the same year Nancy earned her Brokers License for the State of Alabama.In the summer of 2007, Nancy opened a real estate company to dedicate her time to making every client feel special. The company concentrated on building long-term relationships and accumulating repeat business. Over ninety-five percent of her business came from those long-term relationships and referrals. She firmly believes that building and maintaining relationships is the key for success in todays’ real estate market. The clients of today, becomes tomorrow’s repeat customers, and future referrals. The ability to preserve relationships with clients that become friends allows her to reach a wider array of properties.Nancy has held the title of Real Estate Broker for 15 years and operated her own real estate company for 11 years; which equates to being a great self-starter.
