Day to day running of our training company.We run a City & Guilds Approved centre for Streetworks courses, initial and reassessment.We are pleased to be able to offer Streetworks reassessments evenings or weekends.

My father in law came to live with us as he was sadly no longer able to look after himself as dementia was setting in. We had some very stressful times, although now he's no longer with us we can look back and laugh at some of his habits.We, as in myself and my sons were also lucky enough to be involved with Kent County Council to produce a book called 'Dementia Diaries' which was devised to help children understand and cope with dementia within their families. This book is available in all schools and libraries as well as being for sale online.

I began working for Ferns when they moved into their new premises which they built on the 20/20 Industrial Estate carrying out general office duties. As the company grew and more people were employed I started assisting with accounts. I was lucky enough to start working part time following the birth of my son in 2001. Then following the birth of my second son in 2004 I had the opportunity to work from home assisting with the Purchase Ledger side of accounts. Unfortunately this suddenly became no longer an option.

After being made redundant from SCATS the machinery staff were lucky enough to be taken on by Renault Agriculture. I was involved in the day to day running of the office. selling Renault tractors and farm machinery.

I was involved in all aspects of running of the office for the Machinery side, selling CASE tractors and farm machinery and also the Countrystore side, doing the cashing up and daily banking. Unfortunately the machinery side was closed down and I was made redundant.
