Responsible for leadership of executive and sales compensation functions including design and execution of global equity program, design and deployment of executive and sales incentives, development of compensation committee materials, management of executive offer process, and serving as executive compensation expert on M&A projects.

Key responsibilities included short and long-term incentive design, preparation of compensation committee and proxy materials, and management of executive compensation programs including equity, deferred compensation, and executive benefits.

Led both executive and broad-based compensation projects for clients in a wide range of industries including shipping, life sciences, retail, healthcare, technology, construction, energy, and manufacturing. Developed customized annual and long-term plan designs (both cash and stock). Advised compensation committees and management teams on areas such as competitive assessment, incentive design, obtaining shareholder approval of equity plans, change in control analysis, board of directors compensation, and M&A due diligence. Led broad-based reward projects including development of salary structures, broad-based incentive design, and severance program development.
