Vilden Associates, Inc, is a SaaS company specializing in international transportation, including end-to-end shipment cycle, all types of EDI transactions, international Customs requirements, trucking, and warehousing. My role combines my knowledge of the industry, and staying abreast of changes to, and or introduction of, customs initiatives for the countries serviced which include the U.S., Canada, Europe, Great Britain, Mexico, and Australia. In addition, I represent the company at the Customs Electronic Systems Action Committee (CESAC). All modes of transportation are represented; brokers, importers, freight forwarders, marine carriers, NVOCC's, truck, rail and air carriers, terminal operators, port authorities, and any concerned government agencies. The purpose is to provide a forum to exchange ideas and resolutions of technical issues between the industry and U.S. CBP. I am a member of the Trade Support Network and am involved in several working groups assisting in the development of future capabilities and enhancements.My additional responsibilities include customer support, training, and new business development.

Vetshouse, Inc. is a non profit organization that provides a 12 month program for homeless veterans. Most of them are coming to us out of rehab. We give them a home (we have 22 guys right now), and initally, clothing, food, computer training, help finding jobs, so they can graduate from the program and join the community as responsible productive citizens.
