I have made a career in the Meeting and Hospitality Industry. Currently, I travel throughout the country as a Travel Director support conventions and meetings in various roles as requested by the client. Additionally, I produce, manage and cater small social private events. I started my career as a meeting planner for a University, Hotel Catering and Convention Service Manager and for many years worked for and with a Destination Management Company as a senior Operation/Production Manager. Throughout the years I have contracted, managed and coordinated meetings and special events at hotels, venue spaces, teaching medical labs, managed VIP and speaker requirements, electronic registration systems, food and beverage, tour programs, registration desks, transportation, and other arrangements as needed for specific clients. I have worn every Travel Director hat from main client contact who has over seen the entire meeting/event to Airport Greeter and smiling arrow.
