Following 11 years in the medical field, I have been fortunate to spend the majority of my career in the wonderful field of dentistry since 1983, and most of those years have been in management and consulting in many private dental practices. I joined the team in a lovely boutique dental practice 15 years ago, where I have been blessed to be able to apply my expertise and knowledge to not only grow this practice, but to get to meet and know so many sweet people. I love helping people in general, and enjoy being able to share proven systems and strategies to increase not only productivity and profit, but also patient retention with a major focus on a patient centered approach to excellent dental care.Throughout my years in the dental field, I have used my dental assisting certification to fill in as a chairside assistant when needed, and believe me, that skill has come in handy many times. I am currently responsible for many projects and departmental functions, such as website design, internal and external marketing, staff training, HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and implementation of digital technology and dental practice management software. As a child I always longed to learn to dance. This dream was fulfilled when I had my first dance lesson 13 years ago, and I have continued learning to dance ever since. For most of those years, I have been actively competing in ballroom dancing competitions all over the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As an extension of my interest in dancing and in helping people, I started my own company.
