As a team lead I am fueled by helping others, possess strong analytical skills, and I am a persistent leader. My six year experience in my current position has given me the opportunity to conduct operations training for all new and seasoned employees, collaborate with upper management and other departments to ensure team is working efficiently and productively, create detailed agent and campaign reports for management and senior leadership, and have front line interaction with members resulting in identifying gaps policy and workflow. To be part of an fast-changing environment has also challenged me to use a creative approach to solve problems, and ensure that the best interest of the company as well as my team is accounted for.I am a currently a student at CSULB working towards a bachelor's degree in accounting. My expected graduation date is Spring of 2022; however, my goal is to also complete a master's degree in accounting shortly after.
