As part of my experience with the WIC program, I provided nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and health assessments to women, infants, and children. I conducted anthropometric and nutritional assessments, tailored food packages, and delivered culturally competent counseling to encourage healthy behavior changes. I also had the opportunity to lead cooking demonstrations and create engaging bulletin boards and nutritional handouts designed to educate and support both moms and children
