I am currently looking for an office position with clerical, data entry, or abstracting work. I was previously employed as an Oil and Gas title Abstractor, researching courthouse and computer records to compile and assess documents affecting title of properties. I also flowcharted chain of title, plotted property measurements, and completed title files for review.I am flexible and adaptable to most situations and learn quickly, enjoying new knowledge. I am a hard-working, dedicated, and reliable individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. I have a substantial background in working with diverse people in diverse situations, and I work well as an individual or as a team player, with the ability to multi-task.I am looking for work relatively close to my area, including the greater Washington, PA and South Hills areas.
