- Involving with the customer care Manager in setting the strategic objectives for the department to align by the organization’s mission, strategy and values.
- Managing the department performance and trend based on the agreed budget.
- Customer feedback(through End User Satisfaction Surveys)
- Managing the staff feedback to take corrective action to decrease and control the attrition rate.
- Take the actions required to implement the end user privacy policy.
