I monitor and provide feed back to internal and external customers in order to achieve continuous improvement throughout the organization.Additional responsibilities include Export Documents, Material Certifications, MSDS Document Control, IMDS, RoSH, Reach, Conflict Mineral Reporting, Internal Calibration, Spot Inspections, Final Inspections, Billing and Proofreading for Internal Departments.

Responsible for logistics procurement, and inventory control management. Managed 2 shifts of hourly staff. Oversee activities pertaining to customers – Best Buy, Sears, GNC and many catalog supply companies. In this time logistic costs were reduced dramatically. Shipping & Receiving Department Head: Directly responsible for all shipping and receiving activities. Responsibilities included inventory management, and logistic contracts with external vendors.
