The Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the condominium project of 343 housing units on 24 acres of real property. Works under the direction of Board of Directors, oversees all work performed in the office and on-staff personnel as well as outside vendors. Is responsible for composing the annual budget along with the Treasurer, and adhering to the budget throughout the year. Also working with the company composing the annual Reserve Study and presenting it to the Board. Gathering all information necessary for Board meetings and printing and binding the Board Books. An all encompassing position, including keeping up with everyday problems and situations with individual Homeowners.
