With more than 25 years in the intellectual property industry, I currently am part of the Anaqua Client Success team as Client Director. Prior to Anaqua I spent nearly 5 years at IPAN as a Senior Program Manager of Services, initially helping to establish the US office. My role was to assist with sales support, client onboarding and client support leading to the tremendous growth of the US business. Prior to IPAN I consulted clients contractually for 14 years in all areas of IP. Before starting my own consulting business, I was a project manager at MDC for 10 years. I possess a diverse array of knowledge in all facets of the industry. I have served as Project Manager for thousands of projects. This includes consulting of best practices in IP data conversions, workflow design, portfolio acquisitions, technical infrastructure data integration, requirements gathering, database mapping, database design and implementation, technical writing, data scrubbing, and detailed testing for all of the above. I have extensive IP law and prosecution knowledge pertaining to all jurisdictional IP particulars including renewals and have consulted best practice docketing approaches for more than a decade.
