As a Health Tech -Functional Medicine Board Certified (NBC-HWC) & CDC-Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Health Coach, I have enjoyed bringing a "root cause" approach to health coaching in the virtual realm at Vida Health since 2019. A passion for helping others achieve weight loss, stress management, physical, sleep & nutrition goals using Positive Psychology is my driving motivation. As a previous Div1 track & cross country runner, triathlete & currently Hyrox/Spartan competitor, I understand the challenges & benefits of using a SMART-goal approach to behavior change and lasting lifestyle habits. Using Motivational Interviewing techniques, building strong rapport & staying client-centered, I have helped 1000's of clients achieve THEIR personal health/wellness goals for the short and long term. As CEO/Owner of Turning Point Health Solutions, LLC, I lead clients through my "4 Pillars of Health" program (Sleep, Nutrition,Exercise, Stress Management) that integrates a Gut Healing Program to alleviate brain fog, bloating, IBS/constipation, and auto-immune symptoms. I see clients both virtually and in-person.
