With over two decades of experience, particularly in high-rise and hospital projects, I bring extensive expertise and a proven track record of success.Currently, I am working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Alghanim International General Trading & Cont. Co. where I manage the quantity surveying efforts for the Kuwait Cancer Center Project, My role includes rate evaluation, agreement negotiation, monthly payment preparation for the Main Contract and Subcontracts, variation claims, and final statement preparation. My notable projects include the Kuwait Building, the Kuwait Urology Center, and the Al-Razi Hospital Expansion.Previously, I worked at Al Riyash Trading Company, Al-Bahar & Bardawil, and Marafie Construction Co., where I gained substantial experience in preparing bills of quantities, securing vendor quotations, and establishing subcontracts. My career began with Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Company on the Fahaheel Waterfront Development Project.I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. I am also awaiting the result of my preliminary submission to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
