She specializes in executive leadership, as well as fundraising-specific placements across industries including arts, advocacy, education, environment, healthcare, military, policy, religion, and research. Some organizations she has recently worked with include AAUW, the Navy Mutual Aid Association, Action Against Hunger, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and Vermont Public Radio. She has extensive experience facilitating retreats, working with search committees on high-level searches, and leading executive onboarding efforts. Nancy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA USA.
