I have also earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including Employer Branding to Attract Talent, Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Virtual Interviewing for HR.Before joining Shyam Spectra, I worked as an HR consultant for Dimensions HRD Consultants, where I handled middle-level search-based assignments through headhunting and industry mapping for various clients in the banking sector across India and UAE. I managed the full-life cycle of recruiting and hiring processes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations, and hiring documentation. I developed and implemented numerous sourcing strategies, including position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling, and networking, to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
