As a STEM and AP Mathematics teacher at Maple Leaf International School, I have led the mathematics department, driving curriculum development and organizing school-wide initiatives such as the STEAM Fair. This success was driven by a focus on differentiated instruction, targeted interventions, and the implantation of the curriculum that balanced both foundational knowledge and exploratory learning, ensuring all students had the tools to excel academically.
